Colin McCallum BSc MBA FCIBS
Colin joined JFS in the Spring of 2006. He set up Heritable Limited in 2001 initially a mortgage advice business after leaving National Australia Group earlier that year. He joined JFS to extend his activities into the complete range of Financial Planning.
Whilst with the Bank he carried out a wide range of roles including Head of Strategy and Planning, Clydesdale Bank, Divisional Manager Retail, and Head of Third Party Distribution (Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks). Prior to a career within banking, Colin was a management consultant within Coopers & Lybrand based in the firm’s London offices.
Colin has extensive experience of leadership, planning, project management and detailed analysis but above all he has well honed people relationship skills. All of these he brings to bear on his dealings with clients such that he is comfortable with complex situations and advising clients who often work under various demanding pressures. A key part of his armoury is his knowledge of banking practices and the full gamut of personal and company lending.
Colin has a keen interest in cradle to grave holistic financial planning.
